We rented a boat last week to take a ton of pictures and video of Miami waterfront condos and luxury waterfront homes in Miami. I love this shot looking down the Miami River while we were floating in Biscayne Bay. From left to right you can see the following condo buildings in the picture above: Three Tequesta Point, Asia, Carbonell, Icon Brickell, Brickell on the River South, Brickell on the River North, Epic, Met 1 and One Miami.

Super Moon Over Miami

Super Moon over Miami March 19, 2011

The Super Moon last night was quite a sight as its brightness reflected off Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic Ocean.  It was the biggest full moon that we’ve seen in 18 years.  The moon seemed five times brighter in person than what is shown in the image above but you can get a sense of its brightness by looking at the water.

The Decoplage Pool Deck

Earlier this afternoon, I showed a few condos at The Decoplage in South Beach to a couple in town from NYC.  This was the first time that I had the opportunity to view the pool deck since the renovation project began.  As you can see, the pool deck turned out beautifully.  The Decoplage residents must be thrilled.
