I noticed these spin bikes at Ten Museum Park today while showing condos. They must be new arrivals because I hadn’t ever noticed them before. Very cool!

View Down the Miami River from Biscayne Bay
We rented a boat last week to take a ton of pictures and video of Miami waterfront condos and luxury waterfront homes in Miami. I love this shot looking down the Miami River while we were floating in Biscayne Bay. From left to right you can see the following condo buildings in the picture above: Three Tequesta Point, Asia, Carbonell, Icon Brickell, Brickell on the River South, Brickell on the River North, Epic, Met 1 and One Miami.
Mega Yachts Docking on the Side of the Bay
Check out the mega yachts that frequently dock at the mouth of the Miami River just outside Biscayne Bay. I captured these two behemoth vessels while waiting for clients outside the lobby at Carbonell last week.
