Last week, we worked with an out-of-state buyer looking for a second home in Miami. We showed him a variety of condos in a handful of luxury condo developments throughout Miami. In the end, his favorite was a spacious 3 bedroom corner unit at Marquis Residences. The pictures below show the beautiful view from the 56th floor condo.
This past weekend I had the opportunity to attend Game 1 of the NBA Playoffs with the Miami Heat facing off against the Philadelphia 76ers at the American Airlines Arena. As expected, the Miami Heat won! Photo taken from Marina Blue.
