It’s nice to come across a good quality picture in the MLS every now and then. Gotta appreciate the willingness of some real estate agents to go the extra yard when marketing their listings.

Katie Holmes and Suri Cruise were recently spotted at Continuum South Beach (notice the beach towel in the background). Tom Cruise is in town to shoot Rock of Ages, a Broadway musical smash hit which also stars Alec Baldwin, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Malin Akerman, Russell Brand, Julianne Hough and Paul Giamatti.
